The purpose of present study was to evaluate the degree of customer satisfaction the programs "Sport for all" of municipal Ampelokipi. The sample of study was in majority women 85.4% with a mean age of 45.39% (SD = 14.7) years. The "Customer Satisfaction Scale" Alexandris, Papadopoulos, Palialia and Vasiliadis (1999) were used. A analysis of frequencies and a confirmatory factor analysis applied in order to examine the factorial validity of scale. The results revealed that the members of municipal sport programs were satisfied. The positive attitude did not exclude the need of improvements. The confirmatory factor analysis indicated the reliability of "Customer Satisfaction Scale" and it supported the existence of six-dimensions. The conclusions propose that the scale could be used by the managers of municipal to evaluate the degree of customer satisfaction.
