The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of an typical environmental program, toward an Outdoor Education program, in ten different personal & team development skills. The Outdoor Education program was same as the typical environmental program, plus the addition of outdoor Activity of "Orienteering". In the study constituted students (N=240) from Amfissa’s High schools (48.3% boys, 51.7% girls). From them 66 students (27.5%) participated in the typical environmental program and 174 students (72.5%) participated in the Outdoor Education program. For Skills evaluation was used the Review of Personal Effectiveness scale (ROPE), as students felled questionnaires 15 days before the program and immediately afterwards its completion. The results supported a) statistically important differences (p<01) in student’ s perception for nine skills after their participation in the Outdoor Education program, and b) statistically important differences (p<01) in student’ s perception for six skills between environmental and Outdoor Education programs. The discussion aim the better planning of educational environmental programs from the persons in charge of Centers of Environmental Education and secondly the upgrading of Physical Education course with hits enrichment with the object of Outdoor Education.
